Welcome to Lilla Sviholmen, a private island of just over 6,000 square meters located between Yxlan and Korpholmen in Blidösund. The island features a varied and beautiful natural landscape with forests, cliffs, coves, and swimming spots. There is a substantial dock installation with deep water suitable for sailboats, providing sheltered mooring. The island boasts a large fishing area with plenty of perch, pike, whitefish, and sea trout. The property includes a dock space and parking on Yxlan.
The main building, winterized and approximately 55 square meters, dates back to 1937 but was expanded and renovated in the 1980s. It has a spacious living room with a fireplace, large windows offering a lovely view, and access to a south-facing terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and oven, a gas stove, and a wood-burning stove. There is one bedroom with space for two beds, as well as a sleeping loft.
On the island, there is a guest cabin of about 18 square meters with two beds, a container for tool storage, and an outhouse.
There is an easement for a boat dock and parking at Alsvassen on Yxlan, about 900 meters from the island.
Only lake water is connected to the house. There is no gray water drainage system.
