- 113 年 4 月景氣對策信號綜合判斷分數為 35 分,較上月增加 4 分,燈號轉為黃紅燈。其中,受惠人工智慧等應用需求持續擴增,帶動生產、機械及電機設備進口值等指標轉呈紅燈,加以領先及同時指標持續上升,顯示國內景氣穩定回溫。
In April 2024, the comprehensive judgment score of the economic policy signal was 35 points, an increase of 4 points from the previous month, changing the signal to yellow-red. The demand driven by continuous expansion in artificial intelligence applications led to indicators such as production and imports of machinery and electrical equipment turning the signal red. Additionally, the leading and coincident indicators continued to rise, indicating that the domestic economy is steadily recovering.
- 展望未來,受惠全球商品貿易成長回升、人工智慧等新興技術應用商機活絡,出口可望續呈穩健成長態勢;投資方面,企業為維持技術領先優勢、因應數位與淨零轉型,將持續投入研發與製程改善,加上政府提升公共建設執行力道,均可望挹注投資動能;內需方面,受惠就業市場穩定、基本工資調升及國內股市交易活絡,以及政府致力減輕民眾交通、居住、就學負擔,有助提高民眾可支配所得,延續消費動能。惟主要國家降息時程未定、地緣政治風險持續、及美中角力升溫等影響全球經濟成長力道之不確定因素仍存,後續發展仍須密切留意。

Additionally, the government's enhanced efforts in public infrastructure are expected to further boost investment momentum.
For domestic demand, the stable job market, the increase in the minimum wage, the active trading in the domestic stock market, and government efforts to reduce the burden of transportation, housing, and education for the public will help increase disposable income and sustain consumer spending. However, uncertainties such as the timing of interest rate cuts by major countries, ongoing geopolitical risks, and the escalating U.S.-China rivalry continue to impact global economic growth, and these developments need to be closely monitored.

- 本( 2024 )年 4 月五大銀行(台銀、合庫銀、土銀、華銀及一銀)新承做放款加權平均利率為 2.155%,較 3 月的 2.017% 上升0.138 個百分點,主要係因週轉金及購屋貸款利率較 3 月上升所致。若不含國庫借款,則本年 4 月五大銀行新承做放款加權平均利率為 2.170%,亦較 3 月的 2.061% 上升 0.109 個百分點。
In April 2024, the weighted average interest rate on new loans issued by the five major banks ( Bank of Taiwan, Land Bank of Taiwan, Taiwan Cooperative Bank, First Commercial Bank, and Hua Nan Bank ) was 2.155%, an increase of 0.138 percentage points from 2.017% in March. This rise was mainly due to higher interest rates on working capital and housing loans compared to March. Excluding treasury loans, the weighted average interest rate on new loans issued by the five major banks in April 2024 was 2.170%, also an increase of 0.109 percentage points from 2.061% in March.
