wonderful beach house in praia do canto, with over 800 m² distributed between two floors. on the first floor, there is a large room divided into four living spaces: living room, playroom, game room e media room with home theater setup, as well as lavatory, laundry room and three bedroom suites. a linear staircase leads to the second floor, where you can find a private tv room and four bedroom suites, two of which are master bedrooms with a balcony facing the sea, as well as a closet, a bathroom with a double sink and two showers, and space for a home office. there is an outbuilding with two extra bedroom suites. outside there is a swimming pool, a counter with a sink, a barbecue grill and an ice machine, as well as a bar, a steam room with glass walls connected to another swimming pool, and a volleyball court. both pools are heated. downstairs there is a bathroom, a changing room, an engine room, a storage room, and a gym. the entire flooring of the house is in marble and all environments have split air conditioning systems. the house has an electric fence, an automated gate and a bipolar circuit breaker.
