House located atop a cliff overlooking the ocean, near the beach of Rio da Barra, in Trancoso. The house has full infrastructure and a rustic-chic authentic design by David Bastos, traditional in the area, and is surrounded by a garden full of native trees and a wide lawn, with a landscape design by Alexandre Furcolin e Juliana Favarato. There is a swimming pool divided into two sections, one of which is a 20-meter lap pool. The wooden deck beside the pool has multiple lounge and living areas, a bar and a gourmet space. The interior design by Dulce Maria Prado was carefully thought out to create elegant and authentic rooms, faithful to the typical style of Trancoso.
