Villa is located in a secure managed villa estate Ban Tai Estate with onsite reception only 300 meters away from beautiful Ban Tai beach. The estate is gated and secure with onsite reception and kids zone (with plenty of toys and bikes and cars for kids to drive around Estate′s gated area). Our beach (only 5 min walk or 2 min buggy drive) is considered one of the best especially for kids due to its soft white sand, natural shade from the trees and comfortable entrance into water. Our location is great with good local restaurants, bars, shops nearby. There are 7-Eleven convenience store and massage salons in a walking distance from us. And the famous Fisherman village with its variety of best restaurants and shops on the beach is only around 10 min drive from the Estate.
