chilworth street is a handsome victorian building arranged over five floors, combining the cleveland arms public house on the lower levels with five well-designed apartments above. the exterior retains its original character, with tall sash windows, decorative pediments and the historic, cleveland arms, 1852, inscription still visible on the parapet.
