This extraordinary villa sits high atop a steep hill within a private gated community of about fifty estate-sized lots above Koh Samui’s southern coast. An expansive promenade deck and white marble infinity pool reach out over the gardens, offering uninterrupted 270° views across Koh Samui’s magnificent southern coast, neighboring islands Koh Tean and Koh Madsun, and the mainland. The deck, covered in Balinese White stone that stays cool underfoot, also features carefully positioned shaded seating, a connection to a fully tiled bathroom, and makes the perfect spot for entertaining with a well-equipped bar.
All through the house, open spaces lead to carefully framed views of the surrounding 4.5 rai of landscaped gardens featuring indigenous palms, lilies, and bougainvillea and flowering shrubs nestled amongst large rocks carefully hewn from the hillside.
Main House
Entering from the double bay garage and external doorway, you are lead through a serene entry courtyard to the front door of the main house. Once inside the double height foyer, you are immediately met with views over the infinity pool and down to the sea below and mountains on the mainland beyond, through dramatic large front glazing. A spiral glass stairway leads down to the lower three guest bedrooms, all with stunning views and a covered balcony, and a separate hallway to the King suite.
Directly adjacent to the foyer, the Queen Suite has coffered ceilings and terrazzo floor bordering a central rosewood floor and teak wardrobes lining the short corridor to the bathroom. The suite′s bathroom is a glass and steel cube with floor to ceiling glazing on three sides, standing on a stilt six meters above the ground. The views are incredible and makes it an ideal spot to gaze out over a sunset from the freestanding bath.
The front of the large central lounge completely opens up with bi-folding doors that connect out onto the promenade deck and infinity pool. Deep-set coffered ceiling, terrazzo flooring and a marble back wall, complete this central space that backs onto the fully equipped and teak furnished kitchen.
The whole house is fitted with the high-spec customized LED lighting, silent air-conditioning, and an attention to detail with quality fixtures and finishing touches throughout.
