Country house near the sea in Sant Pol – North coast Barcelona
Very close to the beach is this 19th century farmhouse with approx. 8 hectares of land in the coastal town of Sant Pol de Mar, on the Mediterranean coast, north of Barcelona.
It consists of a main house, swimming pool with summer dining room and bathroom, partially renovate outbuilding and tourist license for holiday rental of the entire property.
The land has garden areas, orchard, fruit trees, olive trees, forest and access to an area that could be used as parking.
The 540m2 farmhouse is distributed over three floors:
