reserva is a beautiful house in lomas del campanario 4, which due to the
particularity of its topography is developed on 3 levels, making the most of
the views and the relationship with the outside. it is an introverted house and
the architectural program is developed atypical to enhance the context.
we find the
main room, a television room, and the services on the access floor. on the
second level, there are two bedrooms with a dressing room and bathroom, and
they share a common area for a study or homework room.
the
privileged area is the floor which is on level minus one, where the living
room, dining room, and kitchen are located, which opens its view towards the
ravine with a patio and a small garden in between.
