Villa Floridiana is most probably one of the very few villas dating back to the end of the 19th century that still exist in the Lugano region. This villa was the meeting place of several politicians who wrote the history of Europe in the second half of the 20th century. It offers modern comfortable living and is the ideal dwelling for those who seek history-rich properties. A true rarity
