The façade features a tower with a lookout offering panoramic views. There are two cobblestone courtyards and a heated infinity pool.
The first residential house, about four hundred square meters, includes a hall, living room with fireplace, kitchen, dining room, and six bedrooms with four bathrooms. The dining room provides access to a lookout in the tower.
The caretaker’s house, approximately one hundred square meters, includes a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
In the first courtyard, there is also a building with a laundry room, gym, and a basement winery.
The manor house, about five hundred square meters, consists of a hall, dining room, kitchen, technical room, large living room with fireplaces, and wooden ceilings. The private area includes a lounge-library, a master bedroom with a fireplace, an office, two bathrooms, and a dressing room. The large French doors provide access to the terraces and garden.
The construction follows Andalusian aesthetics but with modern insulation and finishes. The windows and exterior doors are made of Brazilian wood, the floors are handmade clay, and the ceilings are wooden. The Cortijo features underfloor heating, geothermal climate control, and rainwater harvesting systems. The estate includes two agricultural warehouses (two hundred fifty and five hundred square meters) and a house under construction of about one hundred square meters.
The estate also has approximately six hectares of super-intensive olive grove (Arbequina) with drip irrigation.
